California native Brandon Murphy is a self-taught designer with an aesthete’s eye. He thoughtfully employs the beauty that surrounds him into each step of his design process. He specializes in tailoring and footwear, designing for a broad clientele — from sartorially conscious consumers to celebrities.

Working under established luxury brands taught him fundamental business practices and valuable industry experience that has informed the creation of his own brand, B|M|C.
With B|M|C, Brandon continues to offer high-end service to his clients, including custom suits, shirts, knit separates and outerwear with beautiful, seasonal, globally-sourced fabrics at a competitive luxury pricepoint. Most recently, you can find B|M|C on football player and activist, Colin Kaepernick for his Netflix series “Colin in Black and White” and actor Tyler Lepley for his show “Harlem” on Amazon Prime. In addition, Brandon has designed looks worn by Jeff Goldblum, Jennifer Lawrence, Tony Parker, Timbaland, Kendrick Sampson, and New York Mayor Eric Adams. His work has also been featured in Vogue, WWD, i-D magazine, Esquire, and CFDA.
